Pune University admissions 2019: The Pune University has announced to organise the entrance test for admissions to the postgraduate programmes. The entrance exam will be held between June 10 and June 20, 2019. Applications have been invited for postgraduate programmes in different streams including science, arts, computer science & technology management and law. Interested candidates are requested to fill the entrance form on the official website of the university i.e. unipune.ac.in. The last date to apply is May 25, 2019.

Pune University admissions 2019: Examination pattern

The Pune University has made the entrance exam compulsory for admissions to all the postgraduate courses. The eligibility criteria for each course are different.

The online entrance exam will consist of two sections:

  • The first section will contain questions related to comprehension skills, aptitude and logic.
  • The second section will contain questions related to the main subject of the course the candidate has opted for.

Pune University admission 2019: Steps to apply

Step 1: Log in to the official website of the Pune University, i.e. unipune.ac.in.
Step 2: Go to the admission portal link.
Step 3: Choose the course admission tab according to your preference.
Step 4: Log in or sign up by creating an account.
Step 5: After registering, you will receive an email with FAQs and user manual.
Step 6: Fill up the application form.
Step 7: Upload the required documents
Step 8: After filling all the details, tap on the print link and proceed for payment
Step 9: After completing the payment process, send the application and the copy of payment to the Head of the concerned Department at Pune University.
Step 10: Attach all the required documents with the application.

Pune University admissions 2019: Fee

The Entrance test fees for the Open category and outside Maharashtra students is Rs 500, whereas for reserved category is Rs 350.
